Five Points Public Meeting
The Five Points Project calls for converting Sixth Avenue and Stone Avenue back to two-way traffic operation (north to Broadway on Sixth Avenue and Congress St. on Stone.) There would be repaving, restriping, wider sidewalks, reconstructed crosswalks, wheelchair ramps, bicycle lanes and landscape features. Some restrictions on 18th Street are proposed.
