T.I.C.E.T. Shuttle Use Policies
Any organization, group, etc. may lease the T.I.C.E.T. shuttles for special events provided shuttles are available. ParkWise/T.E.A.M. policy requires that the event and shuttle use originate, terminate, or be contained entirely within downtown Tucson. The attached agreement between the City of Tucson, ParkWise program, and the shuttle user must be signed a minimum of ten working days prior to requested use dates.
Charges
- Non-Profit Groups (501 C3 only) - $55.00 per hour
- All Other Groups - $60.00 per hour
Deposit
- Security Deposit -$200.00 per shuttle
Travel Time
- Vehicle Trip/Travel Charge - Add One Hour per Vehicle per day
Once the City of Tucson ParkWise Office receives a signed agreement, we will advise MV Transportation, the shuttle operator. Once the deposit payment has been received, the contracting organization or individual must contact MV Transportation at (520) 747-3778 to finalize the details of this shuttle use.
Payment Terms
Payment in full for service is required one week prior to the scheduled shuttle use dates. If payment in full is not received by the specified date, service will not be provided. Shuttle usage beyond times specified will be charged against the deposit. Please see Shuttle Use Agreement

Terms and Conditions in Which Service Will Be Performed
The City of Tucson, ParkWise program through its provider, MV Transportation will do everything in its power to provide clean, safe, well maintained equipment and professional drivers. Smoking is not permitted; alcohol abuse will not be tolerated. Vandalism or excessive damage done en route will be cause to terminate service without refunds and/or additional fees may be collected prior to resuming the trip. The City of Tucson and MV Transportation shall not be held responsible for any personal property brought or left upon the shuttle(s) including items lost, stolen or damaged. Cancellation Policy
If ParkWise is notified more than ten (10) working days before the scheduled use, 100% of the monies shall be refunded. If notification of cancellation occurs within nine to five days of departure, 25% of the paid shuttle fees will be retained, four to three days, 50%, and two days or less, 100%.
The City of Tucson ParkWise Program and MV Transportation look forward to serving your transportation needs, now and in the future. Please sign one copy of the Shuttle Use Agreement and return to the ParkWise Office at P.O. Box 27210, Tucson, Arizona 85726-7210. If there is not enough time to receive this agreement in the mail (please allow three business days) then please fax the ParkWise Office and interim copy to (520) 791-5782.
